What is it used for?

Property development loans are typically used for the purchase and development of previously undeveloped land. Development finance may also be used to convert uninhabitable buildings such as factories or similar.

How much can I Borrow?

The amount you can borrow for development depends on a number of factors, including the value of the property or development in question, your anticipated build costs and the Gross Development Value (GDV); the assessed finished value of your project. Depending on the circumstances and the purpose of the development, we are able to offer up to 75% of GDV for developments (read more on GDV).
